I typically meet with clients once a week. Drawing from extensive experience, I've found this frequency to be most effective in fostering change. Weekly meetings allow for adequate reflection and application of what's learned, while keeping the momentum of our collaboration strong.

The duration of the coaching process varies widely, depending on factors such as your goals, commitment to change, introspective ability, personal circumstances, promptness in completing assignments, and other unique aspects.  Clients who engage with me for multiple goals often continue our partnership for a year or more.
